I’m the owner and operator of Gusto's Food Truck, a mobile gourmet restaurant providing truly wholesome foods to my community. I believe that food, at its best, should sustain us on individual, familial, and environmental levels. In my cooking, I use the highest quality meats and produce that I can find locally, including grass-fed beef and seasonal vegetables when available. Gusto’s is the vehicle that delivers real food to real people, and I’m honored to share my passion with my extended neighborhood.

I have had this dream since I was a kid cooking with my mother and began working the plans to open a restaurant in 2011, right before I finished a tour with the military. Over the past year, I have experienced success in my mission with Gusto’s thanks to family, friends and Accion, which provided me with the funds needed to complete construction on the truck and get started in this new venture. I hope to ultimately reach my life goal of owning a restaurant and educating my community on the importance of nutrition in maintaining the health of mind, body, and spirit.
